Field Day & Tactical
was held on
Saturday, August
15th at Ringwood
Manor. The park
hosted the British
Victorian living
history group, the
35th Royal Sussex
Regiment. The
British Victorian
living history day
featured military
skirmishes,
encampments, &
tactical
demonstrations. The
group represents the
Regiment of British
soldiers that fought
during the 1881-1882
Egyptian Campaign
and the 1884-1885
Nile Expedition.
They help to
interpret the
British Empire of
the late 19th
century under the
rule of Queen
Victoria.
